Job Description
- Identifying, meeting, signing up new corporate clients, develop plans and implement activities for Marketing programmes by target markets. Such as, health talks, CME, digital campaigns, and collaboration marketing events with other partners (corporate clients, manage care organizations, healthcare practitioners and others).
- Maintaining customer relations professionally through regular visits, events and updates of Healthcare’s services and facilities to GPs/Corporate Clients/ Healthcare and others to ensure continued goodwill, loyalty, customer satisfaction and consistent utilization of services at IMU Healthcare
- Develop Marketing collateral to ensure quality of content and design

Job Requirements
- Recognised Bachelor’s degree with minimum three (3) years relevant work experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills

Job Description
- Ensure adherence to the Cashiering Management Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions of IMUH to ensure high standard of service delivery and the meeting of forecasted revenue for IMUH.
- Ensure that services are conducted timely, efficiently and effectively so as to avoid complaints or negative feedbacks from patients and to ensure that Healthcare Finance and IMUH’s quality objectives are met.
- Participates in other related activities by Finance Healthcare and IMUH to ensure the constant growth and smooth-running of Finance Healthcare and IMUH.

Marketing Manager
Job Description
- To be responsible for tasks relating to Healthcare marketing and communications, public relations and corporate social responsibility including evaluating the benefits, risks and strategic business impacts.
- Identify, develop or evaluate marketing strategies of both traditional and digital media platforms, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Formulate, direct or coordinate marketing activities or policies and procedures to promote services or products including students’ clinics.
- Take part in developing pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction for both private and student clinics.
- Take part in Healthcare’s finance and business development meetings or activities to ensure the services offered meet or exceed the forecasted revenue and consistently analyze business developments and monitor market trends.
- Develop strategies to present current or new business ideas to small and large prospective business partners including corporate clients, insurance companies and third-party administrators.
- Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing and communication staff and oversee their daily activities.
- Consult or work closely with relevant departments within Healthcare as well as IMU Education
- Coordinate or participate in promotional activities, working with developers, advertisers, or Healthcare managers and other relevant Managers in IMU, to market services and products.

Staff Nurse (IMU Medical Clinic)
Job Description
- Provides direct, professional nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Performs evaluation of new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment by triaging of patient
- Prepares equipment and assists doctors during examinations and treatments.
- Administer prescribed medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
- Performs nursing procedures such as blood taking, injection, setting up IV line, wound dressing, and Ryle’s tube insertion.
- Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations - practice infection control as per guidelines.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
- Ensures operation of equipment by assisting completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
- To ensures sufficient medication and consumable supplies with systematic inventory in place by checking stock / par level to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies
- Complete required documentation especially nursing care procedure and observation and other relevant documents such as incident reporting etc
