Students and Alumni Share Their IMU Lives During COVID-19

Student Services Hub (SSH) recently organised a competition to challenge International Medical University (IMU) students and alumni to look at life in a meaningful and positive way, despite the current pandemic. A LIVE session to announce the winners was broadcast on IMU Student Services Hub Facebook page, moderated by medical students. Denise Ling Thien Ya – ME119, Rushmina Roy – ME218, Ethan Lim Sheng Ming – ME117 and Naomi Ranmali Abeyasinghe – ME216. The LIVE video now has garnered almost 1,000 views. “Although not many coped very well with the pandemic, it is great to see that some has taken up this competition as a challenge to further improve themselves during these tough times”, said Saravanan Muthiah, Head, Student Services during the LIVE announcement. He also advised the students to continuously follow all SOPs and exercise the responsibility to work together to curb this pandemic.
