I’ve completed my mobility programme. What should I do next?
You will need to submit a reflective report outlining your activities, learning outcome achieved, attached with evidences (photos, timesheet etc) to the International Office on the last day of the programme.
You will need to fill out a REQUEST FOR REFUND – FEES/DEPOSITS form that you can obtain and submit at the International Office. The International Office is open from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Mondays to Fridays (closure will be subject to Public Holidays in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia). IMPORTANT NOTES: IMU will ONLY process refund upon receiving your reflective report.
