IMU Pharmacy Alumnus Won Best Poster Award at European Pharma Congress 2015

An IMU pharmacy alumnus, Jayshalene Balakrishnan’s poster on “Skin Infection: An Association between Awareness and Quality of Life Among Adults in Petaling District, Malaysia” won best poster award for the poster presentation category at the 3rd European Pharma Congress. Her supervisors for this project were IMU lecturers, Jamuna Rani Appalasamy and Rohit Kumar Verma Organised annually, this year’s Congress was hosted by OMICS International Conference from 25 – 27 August 2015 at Valencia, Spain. European Pharma Congress 2015 with its theme “Conscientious awareness of Pharmacists & Pharmaceutical sciences” received overwhelming response from more than 100 delegates, speakers and students participants representing 25 countries from all across the globe.
