David Lee began his career in corporate psychology, focusing on psychometric assessments for talent identification and selection. This experience deepened his understanding of the intersection between psychology and the corporate world. In 2018, he joined HealthMetrics, a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform dedicated to streamlining corporate healthcare benefits management. Starting as a Business Development Executive, he has since risen to the position of Country Manager for HealthMetrics Malaysia, where he oversees operations and business growth.
