Objectives of Workshop:-
The TBL workshop has been designed to have optimal hands-on activities conforming to TBL format so as all the steps of TBL will be seen as doing than knowing alone, as we move along the workshop program.

The Learning Outcomes:-

1. To analyze the theoretical basis of team-based learning as the main element of constructivist learning
2. To know the structure of team-based learning for its practicality and use in delivering the curriculum of the
respective school.
3. To develop the skills to convert the traditional lecture to a team-based learning method.
4. To understand the importance of the readiness assurance test as an individual and as a team.
5. To know the importance and the method to implement partial credit in students’ achievement scores.
6. To demonstrate the immediate feedback assessment technique (IF-AT) using a scratch card.
7. To know the method of achieving genuine peer feedback on students individual performance working as a team.
