I have always been passionate about promoting public health and wellness, especially by emphasising healthy eating and living. Food is a basic necessity of our lives and we can never live without it! It is therefore incredibly fulfilling for me to directly or indirectly help people achieve their goals and inspire them to take control of their health by eating right and staying fit.

The lecturers were motivated to teach and always ready to help the students when they needed it. The programme has helped to mold and develop me to work under pressure in challenging work settings. The campus was a great place to learn and the university was always vibrant with various student activities and workshops which created a stimulating environment for learning.
Chong Mei Sin
Alumna, Nursing
At the end of each semester, we had our clinical posting which gave us the experiences in various disciplines such as A&E, ICU, O&G and etc. I could proudly say that nurses who graduated from IMU have been fully equipped with the essence of nursing while caring for our patients holistically. We have learned not only to perform nursing skills, but to treat our patients as a “whole” physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Maslina Yusak
Alumna, Nursing
Four years training in IMU had given me enough preparation to work in any area of nursing in the healthcare system. The modules that has been prepared and delivered gave me the opportunity to learn not only in nursing care but also in different points of view. This is very useful for me especially working in an emergency department of a private hospital where patients come from different parts of the world.
