Making a difference in his patients’ lives is how Dr Gandhi Nathan Solayar fell in love with his profession. Fourteen years into his career as a doctor, his passion led him to becoming one of three surgeons from the Asia Pacific region to be selected for the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM) fellowship last year. The selection is made by the Asia Pacific Knee, Arthroscopy and Sports Surgery society (APKASS) committee, based in Hong Kong.
