The partnership with Melorita aptly reinforces IMU’s mission to provide nurses and healthcare professionals with a strategic platform to upscale and to add great value to their professional development through a vast network of job opportunities.
MELORITA has been providing healthcare professionals with the best jobs in locations around the world and Malaysia for over 35 years. For nurses to venture aboard, they need to upgrade themselves with a recognised degree. As a niche institution for medical and healthcare higher learning, IMU will continue to offer and develop a range of educational programmes to suit the country’s nurses’ professional requirements and abroad. In IMU, we offer Nursing Science Programme that is specially tailored for nurses who already have a diploma but need a degree to work abroad. IMU also offers extensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses in a variety of nursing specialties to further develop their professional knowledge and skills. This partnership will see cross promotional efforts in which both parties will benefit extensively and we hope that this will also boost the nursing profession, providing the industry with quality professionals and generate greater demand for our Malaysian nurses.
