A lecturer at the International Medical University, Dr Anupa Sivakumar’s research has garnered a well-deserved recognition, as she was honored with the Best Research Award at the 10th Federation of the Asian and Oceanian Physiological Societies (FOAPS 2023) on 3 November, 2023, in Daegu, South Korea.

Her presented paper was titled “Development and Evaluation of Nanoemulsion Containing Curcumin for Transdermal Delivery to Improve Therapeutic Effects in Breast Cancer.”
