The Health Ministry is mulling the idea of training medical housemen at private medical university hospitals should they fulfill the requirements set by the ministry. If all the requirements have been met, then there should not be a problem for housemen to be trained there, said Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S Subramaniam after officiating the IMU ground breaking ceremony of its first hospital. IMU Healthcare based at Bukit Jalil, will commence work on its first hospital after a ‘ground breaking’ ceremony on 14 December 2017 officiated by the Minister of Health Malaysia YB Datuk Seri Dr S.
