“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”

Self-Help Resources
Undeniably, students of today need to invest in the sharpening of their soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, self-motivation, decision-making, and time management skills besides their academic and technical knowledge. IMU Student Counselling Services (SCS) assists our students by identifying good self-help materials and share with them via Student Portal. The list will be updated on timely manner to ensure they carry the latest resources.
Awareness and Courage
The first step in self-growth is awareness of where we are and what we need. The second is the courage to do something about it. You will also be surprised to find that you are not the only person feeling or behaving the way you do, that I am not “abnormal” after all, and it is possible to be overcome.
