IMU University’s Foundation in Science and Foundation in Arts students came together at the University’s LiT campus on 27 January 2026 for an engaging and insightful session with Faculty Deans and Heads of Departments. The interactive event gave students the opportunity to hear firsthand about the strengths of each degree programme IMU University offers, explore future career prospects, and ask questions directly to the deans in an open and meaningful discussion.

The session featured an impressive lineup of academic leaders who shared their expertise and insights:

The session was skilfully moderated by:

• Ms Kanagamalar, Centre for Pre-University (CPU) Senior Lecturer and Biology Team Lead
• Mr Ragunathan, 1st year MBBS student, ex-FIS student, and JPA Scholar

By providing direct access to Deans and Department Heads, students gained valuable insights into programme offerings, career pathways, and the opportunities that await them at the undergraduate level.

The “Deans & You” session served as a great platform for students to build connections, gain clarity about their future options, and develop confidence as they prepare to take their next academic steps.
