The IMU University welcomes vendors for the 2025 Joint Conference of the 8th International Conference on Medical Education (ICME) and the 18th International Medical Education Conference (IMEC). Vendors get a unique opportunity to interact and participate with leaders and health professionals from the regional and international arena. The ICME-IMEC 2025 will be an event platform for delegates from Malaysia, Southeast Asia, Asia, Africa, Europe, America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. ICME-IMEC 2025 is an event where exhibitors or sponsors can network with other professionals in the field of health education providing a forum for sharing information and experiences.

ICME-IMEC 2025 will be conducted in a hybrid mode.

The theme is “Globalisation of Health Professions Education: Strategies, Stakeholders and Sustainability.” held from 9 to 12 October 2025 with courses on 9 October and pre-conference workshops on 10 October 2025. There are many opportunities for networking and socialising with the ICME-IMEC 2025 delegates. 9. Sponsor for Student Symposium
   • The Student Symposium offers a platform for students to present their research and ideas, fostering academic growth and collaboration. Sponsoring the registration fee or prize money will motivate and reward excellence in students participation.

  Terms & Conditions

  1. All prices listed in this document are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  2. Acceptance of the Sponsorship Reply Slip is subject to the Organising Committee’s final approval. Please note, that the Organising Committee reserves the right to decline any application.
  3. Sponsorship and Exhibition Reply Slip received after 10 August 2025 must be accompanied with full payment.
  4. Exhibitors may leave goods at the event overnight at their own risk. IMU University will not be held liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen goods. Goods may not be stored at the venue after the conference has end.
  5. By signing the Sponsorship Reply Slip, I hereby acknowledge that I understand and agree to the Privacy Statement.
