The International Medical University (IMU) runs its annual Student Exploratory Workshops to give students a unique opportunity to delve into the world of medical and health sciences and the careers it offers. For over a decade now, participants are exposed to a wide range of engaging activities designed to ignite their curiosity, foster critical thinking, and develop their practical skills.
The workshops provide high school and pre-university students hands-on learning opportunities, interactive sessions, and exposure to real-world situations, offering a diverse array of learning experiences. These hands-on activities are often conducted by staff of the various undergraduate programmes at the university, providing an opportunity for students to interact with professionals. By actively engaging in these hands-on activities, students not only gain valuable knowledge but also cultivate problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills, allowing students to expand their horizons, nurture their passions, and envision a future filled with endless possibilities in a healthcare career of their choice.
