Reaching for painkillers may seem like the easiest solution whenever pain strikes. Over time, this habit can become a routine—an “extra dose” added to daily life without much thought. However, Pharmacist Kow Chia Siang from IMU University warns that regular use of painkillers, especially those containing Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), can lead to serious side effects.
