As a dental surgeon, my clinical background gave me firsthand insights into the challenges and opportunities within healthcare. Over time, I realized the importance of data in driving better patient outcomes and optimising clinical decision making. Growing awareness about digital health and AI inspired me to pursue the Master in Health informatics and Analytics, that perfectly aligned with my vision of integrating clinical knowledge with data driven health solutions.
Why IMU University?
I chose IMU University because of its strong reputation in medical and health science education. IMU provided a dynamic and supportive environment that fostered both academic and personal growth. This programme at IMU innovates intersection between healthcare and technology, shaping the future healthtech leaders. It was a blend of assignments, hands on projects and collaborative learning with peers from diverse backgrounds. A broad spectrum of topics was covered starting from basics of computer science, statistics to data analytics and visualisation.
The most rewarding aspect of my journey was the research project using machine learning allowing me to apply data science principles to real world clinical problems. Guest lectures and workshop organised by university helped me stay updated with new industry trends and build professional connections.
Future Plans
Looking ahead, I aim to make a meaningful impact in healthcare technology, bridging the gap between clinical practice and advanced data analytics.
