Employability & Outcomes

Preparing Graduates for Impact

At IMU, employability is embedded with intention and guided by purpose. It is not merely about securing careers, but about shaping industry-aligned graduates with entrepreneurial drive and a heart for community service.

Industry-Integrated Learning

Our solid network of industry partnerships continues to open career pathways for students and ensure industry-relevant graduates.

The Graduate Trainee Programme

The Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) connects students with industry partners long before internships begin. Through on-campus engagement, students find employers that align with their values, while companies gain early access to a pipeline of talent familiar with their culture. By fostering purposeful connections – students gain a competitive edge and career direction, while industry partners look beyond the CV to the person behind it – the GTP strengthens institutional partnerships and ensures the move into the workforce is informed and mutually beneficial for everyone involved.
