The Student Evaluation of Teaching and Learning gathers student feedback on their learning experience, covering modules, faculty, mentorship, and the learning environment. ICE will collect and analyze the data, and Schools will act on both quantitative and qualitative feedback to enhance teaching and learning.

Conducted modularly and semesterly for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, assessing organization, resources, delivery, and assessment. Reports include statistical insights and structured qualitative feedback.

Faculty Evaluation
Evaluates faculty based on their teaching roles, including lectures and facilitation.

Mentor Evaluation
Annual assessment of mentorship quality, focusing on academic support, personal development, referrals, and communication.

Student Barometer Survey
Annual survey measuring student satisfaction in four domains: arrival, learning, living, and support. Results inform action plans and complement other evaluations.

Work Readiness Survey
Conducted annually among graduating undergraduates, assessing work competence, organizational acumen, social intelligence, and personal characteristics.

Peer Observation of Teaching
ICE facilitates peer observations and provides quarterly reports to school Deans.
