• Discuss 8 roles of teacher that facilitates learning in contemporary world.
• Perform self-evaluation using FAT-CAT instrument.
• Identify personalized learning needs.
• Identify characteristics of outcome based education (OBE).
• Design learning experience using elements of OBE.
• Construct an individual development plan (IDP).​
