Workshop Overview:
• Targets academics who would like to offer short courses based on their accredited programmes, with transferable credits. The workshop covered IMU MiC guidelines for the development of the courses.
The learning outcome of this workshop.
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:-
1. Describe the concept of Micro-credentialing for the development of new micro-credential courses.
2. Design micro-credentialing courses based on the IMU Guidelines for Micro-credential
3. Identify the market needs and demands for short and long term potential for Management Committee.
4. Design and develop a curriculum of MiC courses based on educational principles
5. Make recommendations based on interpretations of the financial feasibility of MiC courses
