Workshop Synopsis:-

This workshop aims to develop skilled clinical educators who will be able to apply best practices to assist learners in clinical learning. This will enable the students to be well equipped for the future workforce.

 

Workshop Objective:-

The objective of this workshop is to:

  1. explore variety of clinical teaching methods.
  2. learn teaching strategies to create a great learning environment for students.
  3. create a positive group dynamic during clinical session, considering psychological safety of students.

 

Workshop Learning Outcomes:-

After this workshop, the participants will be able to:

  1. design clinical teaching for diverse group of students.
  2. create group dynamics during clinical sessions.
  3. provide a safe learning environment for students.
