• Discuss 8 roles of teacher that facilitates learning in contemporary world.
• Perform self-evaluation using FAC-CAT instrument.
• Identify personalized learning
• Identify characteristics of outcome-based education (OBE).
• Design learning experience using elements for OBE.
• Construct an individual development plan (IDP).
