Workshop Overview:-
This session will provide the audience with evidence-based current information about the factors influencing the specialty choices and practice locations of medical graduates. The audience will also be able to participate in and examine important aspects of the problem utilizing their perspectives and experiences along with evidence-based information. We plan to provide varied perspectives on this vital topic with huge implications for global health and stimulate an exchange of ideas.
