Entry Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Science or Masters of Science (Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Chemistry / related fields) and familiar with basic microbiology techniques.
• Hands-on experience in basic chemistry and microbiology techniques.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• The research will work on developing an antibacterial and antibiofilm nanoformulation against methicillin-resistant and vancomycin-intermediate Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA and VISA, respectively). The role involves conducting research in the preparation and characterization of chitosan-based nanoparticles on S. aureus in planktonic and biofilm forms.
