Workshop Aim:-
To outline expectations & trigger capacity building for new faculty in IMU.
Workshop Objectives:-
- Collate opinions on the characteristics of a good teacher.
- Initiate personal professional development as an educator.
Workshop Learning Outcomes:-
At the end of the course, you should be able to:
- Discuss 8 roles of teacher that facilitates learning in the contemporary world.
- Perform self-evaluation using the FAC-CAT instrument.
- Identify personalized learning needs.
- Identify characteristics of outcome-based education (OBE).
- Design learning experience using elements for OBE.
- Construct an individual development plan (IDP).
