Workshop Synopsis:-

This introductory technology session at CSSC is designed to provide IMU students with an immersive, hands-on experience in clinical and digital health technology applications.

Participants will have the opportunity to visit and explore three specialized labs:

  • Virtual Reality (VR) Lab – Experience VR-based medical training and patient simulations.
  • Immersive Technology Lab – Explore augmented reality (AR) and AI-driven healthcare solutions.
  • High-Fidelity Simulation Lab – Engage with lifelike patient simulators used for clinical skill development.

 

Workshop Objective:-

The objective of this workshop is to:

  1. The Department of Digital Health and Health Informatics (DHHI) is collaborating with the Clinical Skills Simulation Centre (CSSC) for an experiential learning session designed for IMU students.

 

Workshop Learning Outcomes:-

After this workshop, the participants will be able to:

  1. Recognise clinical simulation technologies through first-hand experience.
  2. Discuss how digital health solutions enhance patient safety, diagnosis and treatment planning.
