Workshop Synopsis:-

Outline expectations and trigger capacity building for new faculty in IMU.

Workshop Objective:-

The objective of this workshop is to:

1. Collate opinions on the characteristics of a good teacher.
2. Initiate personal professional development as an educator.

Workshop Learning Outcomes:-

After this workshop, the participants will be able to:

1. Discuss 8 roles of teachers that facilitates learning in the contemporary world.
2. Align teaching practice with IMU Learning Model.
3. Discuss principles of outcome-based education (OBE).
4. Discuss the principles of assessment.
5. Apply the concept of constructive alignment.
6. Construct an individual development plan (IDP) based on self-evaluation using FAC-CAT instrument.
