Workshop Synopsis:-

Micro-credentials are short, focused learning programs that validate specific skills or knowledge. They offer flexible and affordable options for individuals to upskill, reskill, or gain new certifications, often recognised with digital badges or certificates.

This workshop aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of micro-credentials, their development, and their integration into a university’s academic offerings. It will also provide participants with the knowledge and skills to align micro credentials with the university’s guidelines, the regulatory framework, and the development of micro credential courses in the OpenLearning platform.

 

Workshop Objective:-

The objective of this workshop is to:

  1. This workshop aims to equip faculty with the skills to define and map the intended learning outcomes to achieve constructive alignment.
