Workshop Synopsis:-

Student interview is part of student selection for those who applied for medicine or dentistry. In the past, panel interview was used for student selection. Recently, online MMI has replaced the panel interview as it is perceived to provide a more comprehensive evaluation of the non-cognitive attributes of the candidates by a group of evaluators rather than by just 2 panel interviewers. This workshop will briefly describe the MMI and the conduct of the online MMI. The participants will have the opportunity to practice evaluating test students from pre-recorded interviews using the provided rubric.

After this workshop, the participants will be able to:

1. Understand the principles of multiple mini-interviews.
2. Use the rubric to evaluate the candidate on the online MMI platform
