Workshop Overview:
Learning a structured reflective process is considered one of the most essential skills a health professional can develop. This workshop is designed to strengthen your skills in reflective practice. It aims to increase your knowledge and skills to deal constructively with the challenging aspects of your teaching and better appreciate your effort. A range of tools for reflective learning will also be shared during the workshop, which would be useful for development of teaching and learning activities that promote students’ reflective skills.

After this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Explain the principle of reflective practice.
- Critique a reflective report based on reflection rubric.
- Explain some tools and tips used for reflective practice.
