Food and beverage quality control is a very important activity to ensure the safety and quality of the products consumed. With the introduction of new products each year leading to the growth of the food and beverage industry, more analytical challenges arise. The quality and safety of these products must be monitored to help track contamination and their consistency from raw ingredients to the final product.
With this current requirement, our laboratory is offering testing services which include microbiological test for pathogens like Salmonella and Escherichia coli as well as spoilage organisms such as yeast and moulds. Failure to identify these pathogens may lead to food poisoning outbreaks.
