IMU is Malaysia’s first and most established private medical and health sciences university with over 30 years of dedicated focus in healthcare education. In line with the Malaysian government objective of making the country a leading centre of educational excellence in the region and providing more Malaysian students the opportunity to achieve their aspiration to become doctors, pharmacists and nurses.

Healthcare Facilities
Employees have access to the University’s Medical, Dental, Chiropractic and Chinese Medicine Services offered at the University’s campus in Bukit Jalil.

A wide range of leave entitlement from conference leave, study leave as well as marriage leave is available to assist employees with their work-life balance.

Insurance Coverage
Medical Insurance Coverage is available for the employee and immediate family members. It includes Personal Accident as well as Hospitalisation and Surgical insurance.

Outpatient Claims
IMU’s outpatient claims for employees cover claims for medical, dental, chiropractic as well as Chinese medicine services.
The International Medical University’s main campus is in a small suburb, Bukit Jalil, about 20 km south of the city of Kuala Lumpur, away from the hustle and bustle of hurried life. You’ll be working in a campus with more than 20 educational options from pre-university level to postgraduate studies.
The University’s clinical schools are spread over the southern states of Peninsular Malaysia, two in Seremban and Kuala Pilah (Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia) as well as Batu Pahat and Kluang (Johor, Malaysia). These clinical schools are located near IMU’s teaching hospitals.
