1 November - IMU Celebrates Pioneering Graduates at Recent Convocation

At IMU’s November convocation, the university honoured the first graduates of the Bachelor in Digital Health (Hons) and Master of Clinical Psychology programmes. All Digital Health graduates secured employment before graduation, while Clinical Psychology graduates are set to make an impact in the expanding mental health field. These achievements reflect the strength of IMU’s programmes and the bright futures of its graduates.

4 October - IMU Dental Programme Achieves Unprecedented Seven-Year Accreditation

The IMU Bachelor of Dental Surgery prorgamme has been awarded a seven-year accreditation, marking a pioneering achievement as the first of its kind to be granted across both private and public universities by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. This milestone underscores the university’s unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of education, programme integrity, and academic excellence.

22 September - IMU Launches Food Science Innovation Programme with Inaugural Cohort

Building on its strong foundations in dietetics and nutrition, IMU has launched the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Food Science Innovation, enhancing its comprehensive suite of programmes. The new programme focuses on advancing global food sustainability and addressing evolving consumer demands. With IMU’s unique 2U1I (2 years university, 1 year industry) model, it provides students with a well-rounded education that blends academic learning with real-world industry experience, preparing them for the dynamic challenges and opportunities in food science. This milestone reflects IMU’s commitment to equipping students for success in the ever-evolving food and health sectors.
