How to Apply

  • Download accommodation application form at this link : EOS Residence Registration Form
  • Submit duly completed form to eosstay@gmail.com at least 2 months before course commencement.
  • Room will be allocated based on availability and communication will go out to students accordingly.
  • Proceed with payment as per the deadline and instructions given.
  • Update check-in date 4 weeks before course commencement.

How to Apply

  • Register Your Interest – Begin by registering your interest via our New Prospect Form. This helps us understand your requirements and tentative move-in date. (Download Form)
  • Agent Contact and Room Availability – Once you’ve registered, our agent will contact you based on your tentative move-in date. They will provide you with a list of rooms available that match your requirements. Priority will be given to students who are closer to their check-in date.
  • Arrange a Viewing – We offer two types of viewings:
    Physical Viewing: Visit the property in person.
    Video Call Viewing: For those unable to visit in person, we arrange a video call viewing.
  • Confirm and Register – Once you’ve selected a room, confirm your choice and register via our New Tenant Form (Download Form).
  • Registration Processing After registering, we will process your application within 3 working days. During this time, you will receive the tenancy agreement and an invoice for the deposit and advance rental.
  • Follow-Up and Check-In Date – Approximately 4 weeks before your course commencement, we will follow up with you to finalize the check-in date and ensure everything is ready for your move-in.
