  3. Corporate Governance

Every organisation is directed by a set of rules or policies that govern its processes. Policies, enable the smooth running of the organisation, require accountability, and determine how we deal with challenges. At the IMU Health (IMUH) Group and IMU, we have a few policies and guidelines that help safeguard and align the interests of our University, staff, students and investors. While we want to achieve certain business objectives as an organisation, we believe good governance begins by balancing our interests with those of our various stakeholders and society at large.

IMUH Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (ABC Policy)

IMUH Group has zero-tolerance against all forms of bribery and corruption. All our businesses and operations are carried out with the highest integrity. The IMUH Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (ABC Policy) elaborates anti-corruption laws that require compliance of all employees including all companies that IMUH Group conducts business with.

IMUH Group Personal Data Protection Policy

This Policy outlines the basic requirements and considerations that the Group needs to take into account to safeguard the proper use, disclosure and storage of personal data in the Group’s possession, so that we comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

IMUH Group Third Party Code of Conduct

Driven by the IMU core values encapsulated in the acronym T.R.U.S.T, we expect the same level of professional conduct and integrity from our third parties and their personnel as we do from our staff. Understanding and behaving according to the Third-Party Code of Conduct (TPCoC) is a fundamental requirement in business dealings with IMU. We value your co-operation by downloading the TPCoC.

Safety & Health Policy

IMU is committed to promoting a positive safety and health culture by providing a safe and healthy environment for all in our campuses. Our Safety and Health Policy commits to this, with the aim to increase accountability, performance monitoring, and develop indicators and standards for benchmarking safety and health.
